MAVREC products are independently tested and certified for safety, reliability and elevator code compliance across North America. We meet or exceed the requirements of CSA B44.1 / ASME A17.5 and hold full CSA and UL Recognized Component certifications.

Parallel by design

MAVREC interfaces in parallel with existing call circuits and does not require elevator-controller integration. Installation wiring is performed by the customer's licensed elevator contractor, following applicable elevator and building code requirements.

Offline-capable, private by default

Core touchless controls can operate without sending audio or control data to the cloud — a critical requirement for hospitals, government and high-security facilities. Optional connected features process only the data needed for portal, alerting, camera and analytics services (see our Privacy Policy). Devices initiate encrypted outbound connections and require no inbound firewall rule.
