MAVREC's VOYCE V2 hybrid build is CSA North American certified to the current elevator-equipment standard and supported by current fourth-edition 62368-1 safety attestations for Canada and the United States.

Agnostic by design

MAVREC is controller- and OEM-agnostic: it adds a touchless layer to the existing cab, and your existing pushbuttons keep working exactly as they do today. Installation is performed by the customer's licensed elevator contractor, following applicable elevator and building code requirements.

Offline-capable, private by default

Core touchless controls operate without sending audio or control data to the cloud. Voice wake and intent are processed on the device itself, so touchless calling never depends on a connection — a critical requirement for hospitals, government and high-security facilities. Connected services are an add-on, and process only the data needed for portal, alerting, camera and analytics (see our Privacy Policy). Devices initiate encrypted outbound connections and require no inbound firewall rule.
